  1. Click Settings, and Mail, Contacts, and Calendars
  2. Select Add Account and Other
  3. Click Add Mail Account and enter your information
  4. Choose IMAP or POP and enter the Incoming Server information
  1. For IMAP Host Name: imap.gaggle.net
  2. For POP Host Name: pop3.gaggle.net
  • In the User Name field, please enter your full email address
  • Enter your Gaggle password
  • Enter Outgoing Server Information, Host Name: smtp.gaggle.net
  • In the User Name field, please enter your full email address
  • Enter your Gaggle password, and then select Next
  • Mail should default to ON, but turn Notes OFF, and select Save.
  • Close out of your Settings app and open the Mail app.
  • Let the client do an initial pull of mail. Once finished, go back to the Setting app
  • You should automatically go back to the account settings for this email account. If not, please select the Gaggle email account and select Advanced.
  • Click the Drafts Mailbox and select the ON My i(device) > Drafts. Click Advanced.
  • Select Sent Mailbox and select On My i(device) > Sent. Click Advanced.
  • Select Deleted Mailbox and select On My i(device) > Trash. Click Advanced.
  • All three mailboxes should now display On My i(device). Select Account and Done.

    Printer Troubleshooting

    When you print to the BW printer, you might see an icon similar to this The icon looks different depending on what printer you are using. Generally, the yellow triangle means that there is a problem. However, with some of the BW printers, there is an issue with the communication between the computers and printer so sometimes it thinks the paper is out when it is not. If your job prints don’t worry about it, if it does not check to see what the error is.
